Membership Details & Exclusive Benefits
A one time enrollment fee applies at signup. New patients pay a one time enrollment fee of $99. Existing patients who choose the monthly payment option pay a one time enrollment fee of $49.
As a Dental Club member, you also receive exclusive savings and added preventive benefits, including 20% off additional dental treatments, $150 off nightguards, and $50 off in office whitening. Members receive an oral cancer screening at every visit and a periodontal exam each year.
